  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package anytime.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Changed your mind? You can return all items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • Include all protective coverings, dust bags, and tags

Items showing signs of wear, stains, scratches, perfume, residue, or damage will not be accepted. Sale items and select accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

A $5.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and labels are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $5.00 handling fee.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

International Orders

International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes.

UK & EU Customers

Customers in the UK and EU also have 30 days from delivery to return an order.

Items must be:
