At Wilden Grove, we want every purchase to be seamless, enjoyable, and worry-free. Whether you’re waiting for your order to arrive or need help with a return or refund, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, returns, and refund policies.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods & Free Shipping
- All orders are shipped via secure, tracked shipping.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $150, depending on your region. No code is needed—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Estimated delivery times are based on your shipping method and destination.
- Please note: During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volume.
Shipping Schedule
- Wilden Grove ships Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Damaged Shipments
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 5 business days at support@wildengrove.com with photos so we can assist you promptly.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all protective coverings, dust bags, and tags attached.
- Certain items, including sale items and select accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return fee: $4.00 will be deducted from your refund.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, scratches, perfume, or residue will not be accepted.
To Initiate a Return
- Visit our returns portal to set up your return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $4.00 return fee.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account; processing times may vary by bank.
Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not offered at this time.
- To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Store Credit
- Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of shipping.
- A $9.99 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon arrival.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days at support@wildengrove.com so we can resolve it promptly.
International Orders
- International returns are accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes.
EU Customers
- EU customers have 14 days from delivery to return an order.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all protective coverings, dust bags, tags, and proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
