Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and not damaged
  • In their original packaging
  • Include all protective coverings, dust bags, and tags

Items showing signs of wear, stains, scratches, perfume, residue, or damage will not be accepted.

Sale items and select accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

A £7.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs and labels are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the £7.00 handling fee.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered at this time.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

International Orders

International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes.

UK & EU Customers

UK & EU customers have 14 days from delivery to return an order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all protective coverings, dust bags, tags, and proof of purchase.

Order Processing & Cancellations

All orders are processed immediately after they are placed.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
